Build your item

First, choose the model from the shop. Go to the product page of that model and choose your options such as size, metal, weave pattern etc. Each option can be left to be chosen later. Our sales team fill in all the blanks with you once the hair has arrived.

Please feel free to give us any details you would like your item to have in the "additional information" box.

Add the item to the cart and build the next item or proceed to checkout.

At the checkout

You can checkout as a guest or create an account.

Only payment option available globally is an electronic invoice. We use service provided by PayPal and you do not need a PayPal account to make the payment. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.

For European customers we also accept SEPA-transfer and cash is accepted at pick-up.

No payments will be done before the hair is with us and the details are confirmed with you.

 

After checkout

We will assess the order and number of hairs and colours required to make the item you have booked.

Customer service will send you an email with an address for the hair shipment, information for the hair quantities required, instructions for the possible customs declaration and a reference number to stick on the hair shipment.

 

Once the hair arrives

When the hair is here, we will document it and contact you to confirm or and/or to inquire for any missing details.

 

Payment

Payment is done by electronic invoicing via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account. We invoice the 30% deposit when the hair has been approved to be worked with and the metal part details confirmed. The balance is invoiced when the item is ready to ship. Custom work, such as engravings and customised stone setting are invoiced at the time of order confirmation.

 

Lead time

Lead time depends on the model and the metal and possible customisation work of the metal parts. 2-4 weeks is a norm.

 

Shipping of the ready item

When the item is ready, you have approved the work from a picture and paid the balance, the item(s) are shipped in an unmarked, discreet box.

 

Concierge

You can either go all the way with the normal ordering process, but we have also made another option, a concierge service. Just let us know little about the item you would like to have, maybe the colours, engravings or size details and we will take it from there. We will book the order with minimum information and as the process requires, we will check with you for the details.
