How to order
Choose the horse, choose the model and go through the checkout choosing PayPal invoicing.
We will send you detailed information on how much hair we need and where and how to send it.
For a narrow ring we need about 40 hairs, wide rings require 80 hairs, as do the medium width bracelets and wide bracelets require 120 hairs.
We would like to have the hair as long as possible. Pulling some 5 hairs at a time from the tail is usually okay for the horse, but brushing is maybe more gentle.
Once the hair arrives, we will check that it is good for weaving, discuss the details if necessary and confirm the order.
Once the work starts on the item we will invoice you via PayPal invoicing. Prices include all sales and import fees and taxes to UK, EU and USA.
Turnaround time is about 6-8 weeks.
Once the item is ready, we will ship it with the chosen carrier and send you a picture of the item.
